Team Introduction
Ladies 1 of the Groene Uilen-Moestasj is a team that combines fun of playing basketball and enjoying drinks and (OwlMoessie) parties together with playing at the second-highest level in the Netherlands and pushing each other to get better on the court during every single practice and game. Dames 1 is a wonderful mix of (very) young talented players, experienced (owl) veterans, different countries of origin and everything in between, but we have one thing in common: we give it our all in the first, second, and third half of every game—and we want to win them all. Our secret weapon is our team spirit. Besides our basketball performances, several players on our team are experts in polonaises and singing the team song ’gehaktbal’. Curious to see us in action?
